SMEC signs contract with Millennium Challenge Coordinating Unit to undertake an Assessment and Business Planning Activity for the Electricity Generation and Transmission Company (EGTC) in Sierra Leone.
The overall objective is to strengthen corporate governance at EGTC and EDSA (Electricity Supply and Distribution Authority), conduct an organisational assessment of EGTC, develop a strategic plan for EGTC, and develop requirements for a training program and business systems to strengthen EGTC’s operations.
